5. Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed for fulfillment.

Once an order has been fulfilled, packed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and no refund will be issued.

This applies to:

  • One-time purchases

  • Subscription orders

  • Replacement or reshipment orders

Shipment status is determined by carrier tracking marked as “Shipped” or “Delivered.”

6. Returns & Refunds

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect

    Subscriptions – No Refunds After Fulfillment

    Recurring Subscription Orders

    Orders placed through a recurring subscription are processed automatically based on the schedule selected at checkout.

    Once a subscription order has been processed and shipped, it is not eligible for return or refund.

    By enrolling in a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that:

    • Subscription charges are final once the order has been dispatched

    • Products shipped as part of a subscription cannot be returned

    • Refunds will not be issued for subscription orders that have already been fulfilled

    You may cancel or modify your subscription before the next billing or shipment date through the subscription management portal or by contacting our support team.
