At OxyBoost, we’re committed to helping you feel lighter, more energized, and in control of your health. If, however, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund process.


Returns

  • Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team at support@oxyboost.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps for sending your product back.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect

    Subscriptions – No Refunds After Fulfilment

    Recurring Subscription Orders

    Orders placed through a recurring subscription are processed automatically based on the schedule selected at checkout.

    Once a subscription order has been processed and shipped, it is not eligible for return or refund.

    By enrolling in a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that:

    • Subscription charges are final once the order has been dispatched

    • Products shipped as part of a subscription cannot be returned

    • Refunds will not be issued for subscription orders that have already been fulfilled

    You may cancel or modify your subscription before the next billing or shipment date through the subscription management portal or by contacting our support team.

     


Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, opened or used supplements cannot be returned.
Gift cards and promotional items are also non-returnable.
